ICS stands for Italcicli Cycle System and was based in Zurich, Switzerland. Artemio Granzotto's company had frames built in Italy and used modified Campagnolo and Cinelli components. 
This includes the Campagnolo Super Record group below from the 1985 catalog. 
Is it as rare or even rarer than the 50th anniversary?
